🔄 RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
💳 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
🧵 EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
⚠️ MADE TO ORDER
Items that have been made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they have been crafted specifically for you. This is in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).
☁️ FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
